Training is a longstanding tradition at STIHL. This is based on the mindset that good employees are the foundation of success. At STIHL we offer permanent full-time and part-time roles as well as maximum-term contracts. In addition, we offer casual work in our warehouses via our labour hire partnerships.

All our current vacancies are advertised on SEEK and all applications need to be submitted through this portal. Once you have identified a job that you're interested in, simply click ‚Quick apply‘. As part of the application process, we will ask you some standard questions upfront.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OF OUR PROCESS?
If you are shortlisted as meeting the eligibility requirements of the role, our HR team will give you a call for a short screening conversation to understand if you have the prerequisite skills and experience required for the position. We can also answer any questions you may have regarding the role.
You may then be shortlisted for a face-to-face interviews. The interview isn't just about us seeing if you're right for the role; it's also the perfect chance for you to see whether we're right for you.
After your first interview you may be asked to complete a competency and cognitive online assessment which may lead to a 2nd Interview process depending on the role.
If we think you are a great match, we will request that you undertake pre-employment checks which will include all or some of the following:
- Reference checks
- National Criminal History check
- Entitlement to work check
- Pre-employment medical check
